This sealant adherers to most common roofing materials such as bitumen, felt, wood and asphalt. Can be applied in wet conditions. Semi drying remains permanently plastic beneath surface skin. Very versatile. Can be used to seal roof and gutter leaks. High solids formulation excellent gap filling properties without shrinkage. Excellent weathering properties.
