Any order placed on the website that is not paid for or collected within 7 working days, will result in permanent suspension of your online account. Furthermore, the company reserves the right to charge a min service charge of £50, or equivalent in relevant trading currency to restock picked orders, that have not been paid for or collected after the 7 working days order holding time period.
All online accounts are to be set on pro-forma payment terms. If credit terms are required these will be processed separately via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Goods purchased remain property of the company until full payment has been made including service charges and carriages charges have been settled.
The company also reserves the right to remove items from the order for any reason.
Any shortages upon delivery should be notified within 48hrs of delivery after this period claims will not be accepted. If collecting from the warehouse shortages must be notified on the day of collection and claims made afterwards will not be entertained.
