BOND IT FS4 FIRESHIELD INTUMESCENT ACOUSTIC SEALANT - WHITE

FS4 FireShield AC is a a high performance, flexible acrylic intumescent acoustic sealant, which will swell, in the event of a fire, to provide an inert barrier to smoke and flames. It has non-slumping and rapid skinning properties. Note: The fire resistance achievable with Fireshield AC depends upon the joint design, depth of sealant and substrates being sealed. Specially designed to form an acoustic and fire rated, intumescent barrier in construction applications; suitable for sealing interior linear joints in floors, ceilings, dry lining systems partition walls, plasterboard and suspended ceilings in interior situations. Also suitable for penetration seals with steel and copper pipes through plasterboard. It can also be over-painted within 1 hour with fire resistant paint. Up to 4 hour fire rating achievable. Conforms to EN1366-4; EN ISO 10140-2: 2010. Non-Shrinking. No priming required for most construction substrates. Permanently flexible. Excellent acoustic properties. Easy to apply and tool
