The BG Electrical Moulded 922U3 is a white double (2 gang) single-pole switched socket with 2x 3.1A Type A USBs, rated at 13A . Part of the white moulded square-edge range, the 922U3 is constructed to a standard design to be used with a regular 3 pin UK plug, and so is a great value option for a huge variety of domestic and commercial installations. As a single-pole switched socket it functions as a simple on/off for the appliance plugged in. This socket is fitted with 2 3.1A Type A USB ports with BG’s Smart USB technology, which share their power when both are used simultaneously. When a charging device is fully charged the socket automatically sets charging to standby, and the AutoDetect feature recognises the USB device and tailors the charging pattern to best suit – saving the user money and prolonging the life of the product.
